About PRISMA Security

PRISMA Security is an authorized security company by the Police Authority and the County Administrative Board, based in Stockholm.

We have been in operation since 2013 and have over the years engaged in maintaining order, security, protection, and coordinating functions in both small and large contexts.

We are looking for additional operational managers for our personal protection unit.

Our vision is to create safety and add value to society linked to our values, high morals, and code of conduct.

This enables us to deliver security services of very high standards.

Your Role

As an employed Personal Protection Officer at PRISMA Security, you are expected to use your skills and experience to solve complex situations both independently and as part of a team.

You will work closely with other government functions, which places high demands on you as a person in many ways.

In the operational manager role, you are responsible for the operations and have full support from the organization with many resources at your disposal.

• You have good social skills and a willingness to help those in need.
• We believe you are a service-oriented, calm, and organized person who can handle stress.
• You are independent but also work well in a team.
• Taking responsibility comes naturally to you – you are simply an honest, helpful, and attentive person who makes those around you feel safe.

What are the requirements for the position?

• You need to have a high school diploma with passing grades in Swedish and English.
• For employment at PRISMA Security, you must be approved by the County Administrative Board for employment in an authorized security company.
• Valid and approved personal protection training
• Documented experience of at least 5 years full-time
• Valid HAS training and OC training
